Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Handling Information

Items ship within one business day unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Packages are only shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. If an order is placed for Fed Ex 2-day or 3-day the order must be received by SportLock by 11 a.m. CST for it to be received within those specifications.

For example: if an order is placed for 2-day by 11 a.m. on Monday it will arrive on Wednesday, if it is placed after 11 a.m. on Monday it will arrive on Thursday. The same principle applies to 3-day. Please be aware that payment issues and invalid billing address information will delay processing and shipment of your order.

Transit time depends on the recipient's location and the method of shipping selected or required. Only business days are included in the transit time while Sundays and holidays are not. Please be sure to request the proper shipping method for your needs, particularly if you have ordered an item that does not ship the next business day. You will need to add the days required for shipment to the transit time for these items. If your purchase arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within one week of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure for any reason, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as any additional charges that we incur as a result.

Continental United States

  • We offer Ground, Rush Express and 2-day shipping via Fed Ex.
  • All charges are per address.
  • Some items will have a surcharge added to the shipping charges because these items are larger and more expensive to ship. The surcharge can be found on the product description page and is added into the total at time of check out.
  • When your order ships we will send a confirmation email with your shipment tracking number.
  • Holidays and weekend days are not included in the delivery times below.

Returns and Exchanges

The Sportlock Promise - At Sportlock we want to do more than meet your expectations, we want to exceed them. So, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Returns

  • We accept items for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
  • Any item(s) returned must be in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be in original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
  • Credit will be given based on the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Exceptions

  • Sale items may not be returned.

Returning Merchandise

Please include a copy of your sales invoice along with a brief explanation for the return. Securely package your return and send it back to us via a traceable method with the shipper of your choice. We encourage you to purchase insurance for the original amount. We are not responsible for lost merchandise.

Exchanges

If you need to make an exchange, you have two options:

  1. Return your item(s) with a copy of your sales invoice stating the exchange(s) you would like. If the item(s) is in stock when we receive the return we will gladly make the exchange.
  2. Place an order for the new item(s) and return the original item(s) for a refund.
  3. Additional shipping fees will apply for exchanges.
